We chose Royal Crown based on their reviews and started with a simple gutter, soffit and fascia job. We then decided to add a full siding replacement to our project Eni was very accommodating coming out on a Sunday to discuss and measure the extra siding component of our renovation. Once we agreed to the full price this job was started within one week .this had me worried thinking how come thy can so quickly start a job. I was so wrong . Lee and Daniel did a great job, even gave me advice on how to buy a gable vent.that had not been added to the job material. So why did I gave a 9 not a 10 because new soffit light fittings holes had to be recut. Eni should ensure his crews get soffit saws to make nice circular cuts not do it by hand, Also one aspect of the work, gable vents should have been brought up in Eni's discussion about the work required. Despite this two small issues I ma very happy about the job and my neighbours compliment us on the work done.

Based on a friends recomendation we hired Lazlo and Graher. Laszlo came to our house and based on our ideas drew a rough picture with two rails per closet section and custom shelving. The initial work framing and plastering went well however the final product sadly lacked quality. Laszlo forgot the second lower hanging rail, Did not put a piece of plywood over a floor hole (where old closet frame was removed), did not cut shelf support to same lengths rssulting in supports extendign past shelf where slightly bowed rear wall was and used different wood on shelf supports. Laszlo said we never discussed a second rail and who has second rails well DUH many close designs do. Laszlo then blamed me for not getting back to hime about spending $20 for the plywood. Who the heck would build a closet over a floor missing hardwood pieces surely if the client did not respond (which I disagree on as I recall telling Laszlo "buy it") then contact the client before beginning the install. Finally the wrong wood. What so called professional would confuse Maple for Oak? I was very dissapointed in this final result and would never recommend Laszlo to anyone who wants quality finishing. Framing no problem but quality finishing go somewhere else or be prepared to be disapointed.
