I have had home inspections before, and felt they were never really thorough or useful. But Mike's inspection was great- thorough, detailed, and best of all, he very patiently explained everything during and after the inspection. I felt like I had a good understanding of the problems, exactly where they were, and steps to correct them. I received the final report later the same day, and now have a detailed list of items to work through, complete with pictures and details for correcting the problems.
