Wonderful experience, it's my first hot tub and I was finding the experience a little overwhelming had been shopping for a few months with no sucess but once I went to mermaid it was so simple and easy. They took care of me and within a very short time i choose my spa and they had it delivered and running. It's everything I wanted and then some. Thanks Chris for making the experience so easy and enjoyable.
