we moved most of our items out and into storage for staging and sale of our home. we had some items returned after the sale for use until we move to our new home. we are happy with the service and that this is a one-stop shop that can handle a more complicated move

We bought an older home and it had some knob and tube wiring that we knew would need to be replaced when we took ownership. When we had the initial inspection with Tony from Solutions, we uncovered a lot of very unsafe wiring in other areas of the house as well. We contracted with them to replace all of the unsafe wiring (most of the house), switches, electrical panel and install new fixtures, pot lights, telephone and cable outlets. We are very happy with the result. It is lovely to see people who genuinely care about the quality of their work and wanted to get the job done right. Jason and his team did a wonderful job. They were very professional, courteous and lovely to work with. They were flexible when a few surprises were encountered along the way and we had to change plans midstream. They still delivered the project on time and on budget. I would recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs a job done right-whether its big or small. Also worth noting is that a couple of months after the work was completed we had trouble with a pot light that they had installed. The very next day after we let them know-they happily and quickly replaced it for us :)

We bought an older home and wanted to do some major upgrades before we moved in: paint the entire house, redo most of the electrical wiring and change the fixtures, put in new hardwood floors throughout, redo a bathroom, install a new banister and railing and a few other smaller items. Dan was great! From the first meeting with him I knew we were in good hands. He took the time to explain everything that we needed to have done to meet our goals and the different price points for the different options/finishes. (He also He did an incredible job of sticking to the budget we had set and the quote he provided us. He was also able to deliver the completed project on time. As we only had a few weeks between when we took ownership of the home and when we had to move in, it was crucial that he organize all of the trades people to coordinate their efforts and achieve the results in a short period of time. Despite a few surprises our house had along the way-he delivered everything as promised. Dan was very easy to work with along the journey and he made sure we were happy with all of the results. We couldnt be happier with the outstanding quality of his work and would recommend him to anyone without hesitation. We also have and will continue to engage his services for other projects as they come up.

Very skilled and courteous movers. They were very adept at both moving things within a condo building and elevators and into my new 2 story house through narrow staircases. I appreciated the care they took with our belongings and that there was no damage from the move to either our old condo or new home. I would recommend them to anyone who wants a stress-free move and I will use this company again if I ever need to move.
