In very simple terms... Replaced an old fridge with a new fridge by Tasco, who assured us it would fit (and charged us to assess it). Demanded immediate payment in full (certified money order or cash) the day before delivery when we were never informed of this procedure. Have had numerous fitment issues resulting in failures in the door springs/lights and surrounding cupboards. Tasco has set up appointments for repair. Repairmen have not shown on numerous occasions without a word from anyone on anything. Regardless of whether they do show, nothing permanent has been fixed. Still trying to resolve or escalate this.
