I thought I had a bed bug problem because I had itchy bumps on my body, so I asked someone to inspect my bedroom. The person who came was very nice, on time, quick, and thorough. He didn't find anything but recommended I get a bed bug DNA kit from another company he referred to me (even though they are not affiliated). Even though I didn't pay anything for him to come inspect, I appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me into getting an extermination anyway or to have bed bug-sniffing dogs come in. In fact he told me not to get those dogs because they cost so much and are not effective.

I had been living in my condo for a year and it had never been deep-cleaned by a professional until Aida. She was very thorough, detail-oriented, and fast too. I would definitely recommend.
