I had them upgrade the electrical in my kitchen during a renovation. I am very happy with their work and professionalism. They were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves and were happy to entertain my last minute requests. I am very satisfied with the work that they did and would have no hesitation asking them back for any future projects.
I was very pleased with the timeliness, professionalism, and quality of the services provided. I was disappointed with the level of respect the installers had of my home. They insisted on leaving my front door wide open without telling me, knowing full well that I have a dog in my household. When asked if he had seen my dog, he responded very frankly "yes, he ran away." Luckily, he hadn't wandered too far, and I was able to apprehend him and put him in his crate. I was disappointed that there was no apology, only "they're always running away" which would imply that this is a regular occurence for this particular installer. Other than that, the work they did was good and timely. Just be sure to lock up your pets when they arrive.
