I moved into my loft just over a year ago and decided it was time to have the place painted. I saw the WOW car parked outside my building one day and thought "Hmm. Maybe I should get an estimate from them?" I filled out the online request form, and George called the day before to confirm the time and location for the onsite estimate. George was on time and great to work with. He confirmed that my loft could be painted in one day, and recommended Alex be the painter for this project. The estimate was below what I had anticipated, which was fantastic. On the day of the job, Alex showed up on time and he brought all of the paint and necessary materials. This was a relief to me, as I was recovering from surgery and unable to pick up paint and other necessary supplies. Since having my loft painted, I've recommended WOW to two of my friends that were looking for painters.

I own a loft with concrete walls and high ceilings and had no clue what to do with my artwork. A quick internet search connected me with Igal and in less than 24 hours my five pieces of art were on my walls. I appreciated his recommendations on spacing and height, as well as his prompt follow up to my scheduling request. I look forward to working with Igal again in the future.

I contemplated purchasing this bed online, however since the King Street West store was within walking distance of my condo I went and purchased instore. I was told that the delivery company would call the day to confirm the delivery window and that it would be between 9 am and 9 pm. When I mentioned that I lived in a condo and that I had limited elevator time slots available, the store put a note on my order to request a delivery between 9 am - 1 pm. Sure enough, the day before the delivery I got a call saying my delivery would take place between 9 am - 1 pm. On the day of the delivery, I got an automated call saying that the delivery truck would be at my place within 5 - 20 minutes. I then got a follow up call from the driver saying they were 10 minutes away and we discussed where the loading area to my building was. Delivery was straightforward and done by 12:30 pm. Couldn't have asked for better. I opened all of the boxes to check that nothing was damaged. It took two of us just over an hour to assemble the bed. No issues. It looks great. Very happy with the purchase and the delivery.

Alex was great and I would highly recommend him. He called to confirm our appointment and arrived on time. And it was a Saturday too! I had a wobbly shower handle, which he quickly fixed and made me aware of an issue with my bathtub faucet that went unnoticed when I bought the condo last year. Cost was very reasonable for the work done, and the work was top notch. He was very helpful, knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. I am happy to have a plumber I can rely on!

I am in the process of renovating my condo. Future Shop was having a sale on their appliances, so I went and purchased a new fridge and stove for my condo located down the street. A few days later, I realized I had ordered the wrong stove. Future Shop corrected my order and adjusted the delivery date as I requested. Everything was easy and hassle free. I will be looking to purchase a new dishwasher and microwave in the near future and will definitely be purchasing them from Future Shop.

RONA sold me my quartz countertop, sink, faucet and backsplash. They contracted the countertop through Uniform Custom Countertops and the backsplash, plumbing and existing counter removal through J.C. Contracting. Uniform and J.C. Contracting were great to work with. However, the process could have been smoother with RONA. The first contractor they arranged was unreliable. I also found RONA to be pushy when it came to the overall sale. I would be willing to try RONA again for another renovation project, just not a kitchen. Next time I will work with Uniform and J.C. Contracting directly.

RONA sold me a quartz countertop and contracted the removal of the existing laminate countertop, sink, faucet and backsplash through J.C. Contracting. John showed up on time to take pictures of my kitchen and provide me with a project time line. It was a multi day project, but he always showed up on time and the quality of work was top notch. I look forward to working with John again on future renovation to my condo.

RONA sold me the solid countertop and contracted it through Uniform Custom Countertops. I was very nervous as this was my first major renovation on my first home, but everything was terrific! Uniform came out to my condo to template and took the time to work with me on a layout. I have a small kitchen, so we had to position the faucet to the side of the sink. I had never thought of putting it there, but now that everything is installed it looks GREAT! I trusted the guy and wasn’t disappointed. The installers arrived an hour early (Seriously. How often does that happen??), worked quickly, cleaned everything up and I cannot believe how great everything looks. Would definitely recommend!

Purchased my new dining room chandelier, kitchen track lighting and hallway light fixture from Living Lighting on King. Prices are very competitive and they have parking available in the laneway beside the store, (Great for loading the new lights into your car!). I had no clue how to install the lights, so they recommended an electrician named Mario. It took him less than 30 minutes to uninstall / install my light fixtures. Very impressed with Living Lighting on King and Mario. Would recommend!

I purchased my first home , a 1 bedroom condo in Toronto, in early 2013. After a few months, I realized that space was at a premium and I had to be creative with the space that I had. I stopped into Space Solutions and spoke with Paulina about how to redesign my bedroom and storage closets to maximize my space. We decided upon two wire element systems, plus a lami glass door for the bedroom closet. During the visit, we determined that wood would be better in the bedroom closet as opposed to wire. Installation took one day, start to finish. Install started at 10 am and I was organizing my shoes in my new closet by 4:30 pm! Paulina even called the day of the install to make sure I was happy with the hardware I selected. I look forward to working with Paulina and Space Solutions in a few years when I buy my next home!
