My 50" Panasonic Plasma TV went blank after only 5 years. Terry and his son came promptly the day after I contacted them. They took the TV with them and returned it two business days later. They helped us return the TV to the wall and were extremely pleasant . They also left us a loaner while our TV was in their shop. Excellent service.

Owen is on-time, courteous, trustworthy, and reliable. This time there was nothing he could do as the compressor was gone and not worth fixing on a 17 year old fridge. I went to the store and purchased another fridge and the guys at the shop are great too. Delivery of the new fridge was on time, but it didn't fit down the stairs, so they took it back with no hassles, and I got another fridge two days later. Highly recommend these guys for repairs or purchases of used appliances.

I had no power in one room. I diagnosed the problem myself to a burnt receptacle outside on the patio. I called Ivan's Electrical and they were at my house in about an hour. Excellent response time! He was quick, courteous, and fixed the problem within an hour. I was very happy with the service and was prepared to refer him to friends and family until I saw the bill. WOW! $480. He charged $180. just for showing up. Another $180 to do the work, $100 for parts. All together for one hours work -$480. This job should have been half that. All in all, good work but too much money.
