Old MAU, (make up air unit), had run its course, and needed to be changed out. Due to having Butler Plumbing on previous jobs, it was an easy decision to have them take care of overseeing the installation of the new unit, and do all plumbing required. They know the installation process and know what items to look for and what needs to be done to get the job completed correctly. Another job well done and no extra work on my end.

We have had Butler Plumbing do service and emergency work on both of our apartment buildings for the past 3 years. Over that time at least 4 different plumbers have come to do the work required. They were all punctual, courteous, and professional. I like the fact that they call ahead to let me know they are on the way or will be a couple minutes late. They don't just go by the work order, (because that can sometimes be vague and general), but after arriving, they ask me specifically what the problem is, and inform me on what needs to be done to take care of the problem. Along with periodic emergency repairs, Butler Plumbing regularly services our large Boilers and Hot Water tanks, and thankfully, call me every year letting me know that service is required on them. It's like they are part of my team, helping to keep all vital plumbing and heating equipment up to par. They strive to get work done in such a way as to not inconvenience our tenants, which I really appreciate. I recommend the use of Butler Plumbing for both home and larger apartment buildings.
