I have had used RC Mechanical Services for some time, both for my rental properties, as well as my own house reno. The company is very professional and up to a high service standard. Once I had a leaking bath tub valve in a rental property, tenant called in on late Friday afternoon, and I got hold of Rodney and told him this is an emergency as the tenant has no clue how to deal with this and I had no way to be there at that day eitehr. Half hour later, Rodney arrived the place, and got everything under control and fixed in less than 1 hour in total. In another time, I did my basement reno and installed a brand new tub, the bath tub was damaged slightly in the process of installation, Rodney decided to replace it with a brand new one and everything being corrected in less than 2 days. Very impressive high professional standard perfectly demonstrated through what they did, not what they say. I take this initiate to write this review as I believe this is a great company deserves the credit of not just saying they care, but doing in their daily work, which is quite outstanding among the plumbing companies I have had chances to deal with in the past 10 years. Highly recommended their service to anyone needed.

tenant called in our of the rentals saying the furnace is not working. checked by myself and could figure out what was wrong. Called Kent. He went to the place in the next 10 mins and called me right back on spot and saying it was simply the thermostat was being set up to cold mode instead of heat or auto. Simple fix for him. and He charged nothing. I am impressed how professional Kent is. As most of the companies will charge you so called On-call fees of hundred dolloars or more for just ring the bell at your door. Not Kent. He is honest, down to the earth and always be fair and hones. As a property manager, I feel fortunate to have a pro like Kent to count on when anything wrt my heating system goes wrong. And I can not asking anything more than a honest and reliable business partner like Kent. Thanks Kent and keep up great work!

One of my rentals was hit by basement flooding due to the heavy rains in the last couple months. We finally nailed down the problem was caused by plugged back water valve on the wiping tile system (as this is an old house built in 70s. We decided to install a sum-pump and install a back water valve on the main sewer line. After called a few plumbers, David turned out to be one we chose, not because he is the cheapest one, but because he came across as a solid guy who will do what he says. He showed up on time, checked the job site. Told me the time he will get started, how the job will be conducted, and when it will be completed. and his crew and him just did exactly what they said. Starting on Thursday morning, July 18. The two men crew from his company worked hard, get everything completed in 2 days. There was unexpected issue shown-up during the process. David had handled it in a professional manner which I was impressed. The job was completed on schedule and the room was left clean. I am pleased with I chose them and will not have problem to recommend them to the others, if you want someone to do accountable and quality work.

One of my rental properties had some electric issues. I checked around and decided to use Robart service for the first time. I called Rob, he answered the phone very professionally and sent his crew to my place on time and did job. Unfortunately for some unknown reason, shortly after the crew left, the problem appeared again. In contact with Rob, He ensured me that he will send his best man to get this taken care of and there will be no charge for the first visit. However, just before they came, this place was hit by even bigger problem - flooding in the basement due to the heavy rains. I had to cancel the appointment with Rob for few times. Rob called back a few time just to make sure everything is ok with my side, and ensured me as soon as I have the flooding problem under control, he will send his crew right away. That again, is what he did. In the end, this seemingly small job, took Rob's crew three trips, numbers phone calls, and over the period of almost 2 months, and it turned out to be the great test to Rob's company professionalism. I have to say they are next to none. They are simply the best. Now, everything has been beatifully taken care of. The electric system works like a charm after Rob's reapair. The tenants are happy and I strongly recommend Rob's electric company as THE best electric company you will never go wrong with, they are simply the best. Period. Keep up great job, Rob!
