I love my new Kitchen countertops. Cataraqui Granite co. came highly recommended by a friend and from start to finish they were top notch. It took me a while to choose the perfect surface, Jeannette was so helpful despite how busy at times they were in the show room. She provided a comprehensive overview of the products, her knowledge was invaluable, they helped with design ideas and provided options so that I was 100% sure of my choice. Despite it taking me a while to finalize my selection I was supported every step of the way. The administrative, measurement and installation teams were professional, answered all of my questions, provided recommendations along with product tips and tricks. The countertop was installed perfectly, measurements were exact, the edges just as requested, and accessories installed to perfection. With my busy schedule they went out of the way to help me organize water hook up and tile installation for the backsplash. I couldnt be happier with the end product and will be definitely going back for any of my future renovation needs.
