We were extremely impressed with the professionalism of the installation team, Jonathan, Corey and Adam, as well as the Sales rep Evan. Evan provided an optimal solution for our needs without pressure. He patiently addressed all of our questions. The installation team was nothing short of amazing. They arrived on time, prepared their work area to ensure our home was left without mess, worked not stop, and gave us a thorough review of each piece of equipment upon completion so that we were knowledgeable of the operational needs. They even went above and beyond the contract by identifying ducting issues, correcting some, and showing us others that could present as problematic with instructions on what to look for.
