I have no problem of recommending Total Security Co to anyone including friends of families. I spent a lot of time trying to find the right security company to monitor my security alarm system for my house. I saw lots of great reviews from people who have their work done by Ray and his company but I still wanted to look further and see what’s the best company out their for my house. All other companies that I have spoken to are just like everyone else who wanted more money from you. Ray not only educate me of what I might need which is up to me if I wanted or not but also making sure that my needs are met with securing my home. I make my decision after talking to Rayin one week because he was there anytime I have a question regarding security system and this is before I even said that I will go with his company. The customer service from Ray is beyond amazing and professional. I will highly recommended Ray and his company to anyone who is looking to have this kind of work done to making sure that you, your family and your home are secure. Thanks again Ray.

They came and installed the railings on the wrong side of the walkway. When I called they said they will come and fixed the holes and two years later the holes is still not fixed. I would never recommend Architectural Iron works to anyone. They were never on time and never believe what they will tell you. They are only interested in your money.
