From initial contact to the end of the installation, this team was professional and understood our needs. Shout out to Bory Chak, our salesperson, who spent a couple of hours walking us through the options and being flexible about our choices; Jim Damolidus, who did the measuring and followed up on the install date to make sure that the work was done properly; Beka and David, excellent installers who were careful and precise, and even vacuumed a front hall rug in their clean-up regimen in case they had left any tracks! The windows are more expensive than vinyl but will last longer and they look fantastic. Highly recommend this company.

Once again they did a fantastic job of fixing our garage, which was starting to fall apart due to age. The work is excellent. They are prompt. They stuck to the price promised. Everything was done in the time frame we agreed to. They are extremely friendly and pleasant to have on site. They always go the extra mile to make sure that the job is done to our satisfaction. Highly recommend.

This was covered in our maintenance agreement. The technician was thorough, prompt, and considerate. He did exactly what was necessary. I will continue to use this company through our agreement. I feel confident that our needs are being met properly.

I had a long conversation with the company. They don't fix the type of TV that I have but he was so generous with his time in giving me guidance on how to manage the problem. I will definitely call him again if I need any repairs.

Once again, Chris and Gregory from Woodcuts came through for us. He completed everything in a timely manner. The bathroom work that he did looks fantastic, and he willingly made my requested modifications as we were into the project. His suggestions were always made from a position of knowledge and artful design. He was a joy to have in my home for the two weeks of the project, always cheerful, always encouraging (I truly hate renovating!). His rate was competitive to other quotes, but he always went the extra mile to make sure I was happy with the results - and I'm sure there were many parts that I got "gratis". Highly recommend.

Chris is very conscientious in working with sub trades to ensure that the client gets exactly the right work done in a timely fashion. He recently supervised the rebuilding of the back of our house and personally had to rebuild part of our deck. He has done many other projects for us, including kitchen renovation, hallway reno, front porch leveling (he had to jack up the porch and fix everything), fences and more. Highly recommend.

They came on a Friday night when everyone else was too busy. "Jeff" was amazing. He quickly analyzed the leaking pipes and knew what he had to do. He got us through the night, then came back the next day to do extensive work on two floors. He is knowledgeable, thorough, very pleasant to work with, and the company was very responsive to our needs. Highly recommend.
