Dan picked up when I called and we scheduled a site visit for the very next day. He arrived on time and was professional and diligent in evaluating the wall we wanted to remove. Not only did he make sure that the wall could be opened but he gave us thoughtful pointers and advice about things we should be careful of during the process. He then issued a letter (on site!) stating which wall was/wasn't a bearing wall (to fulfill the strata requirement). Dan was efficient, effective, and easy to work with. I had tried two other engineering companies before him and they made us run around getting plans before they would even come to the site. Thank you Dan!

Kyle is awesome. Great work, reasonably prices. Would recommend to anyone who needs pest control work, big or small :)

We wanted to know if there was anything major to fix before listing the home and Sean did an amazing job. He was extremely detailed, professional, and explained everything along the way in layman's terms! He spent 4.5 hours on a 1200 sqft townhouse. I'm beyond impressed with this level of dedication and professionalism. I would definitely pick Sean to do my home inspection if I was buying a place. He was also really careful with placing things back and treating the home with respect, which I really appreciate. I didn't feel like just another inspection :). THANKS SEAN!!
