The property I inherited had been severely neglected by the previous tenants. It was a worst case situation with a full blown German cockroach infestation. Jay was outstanding throughout the process. He took the time to answer all of my questions and provided a fair estimate for such a major undertaking. The extermination of cockroaches has worked wonders. What I appreciated most, though, is Jay was discretion. He arrives in an unmarked vehicle, ensuring he doesnt attract any unwanted attention from the neighbourhood.
