Terrible customer experience, misled about requested Nov 15th delivery, not told 3rd party moving company makes deliveries and not on Fridays, charged 2 delivery fees as purchased 8 items and maximum 7 per white glove service. 7 out of the 8 items were damaged and returned, store refuses any after sales service referred to customer care. Boxes were destroyed and not even closed. 25 days to reorder. Glass and broken marble left by movers all over new condo floors.Terrible experience!
