We have had good results with Interiors in the past. Projects in 2000 and 2013 were very successful. Our latest experience has not been good. In September 2023 we agreed on a project that they said would be started "soon". We were told they needed a 50% deposit of $23,000. Months then went by with no work done. Supposedly scheduled multiple times but then nothing happened. Finally this summer we told Interiors that if the project was not started by mid August we would like to cancel the project with no hard feelings (we understand that it is a tough labour/supply market). Interiors said they understood and agreed. August came and went. We requested to cancel/refund and they again agreed. But now, months later they have not refunded our deposit and will not respond to emails regarding the status of our refund.
