I was using my dishwasher and after it was done, I noticed there was water leaking onto the floor in front of the door. I called to ask about what the problem might be and how to fix it. The lady who answered the phone (I didn't catch her name but she was very nice) offered for a technician to come look at it and clearly explained how the appointments/payments work. It took a few days before I heard back from them, but then Sam reached out and said he could come see my dishwasher that night. Once he arrived, Sam was great. Tested a few things and quickly figured out what the problem was. Had the whole machine fixed and running smoothly again that night. He also explained a couple things to me about my dishwasher that can help me with proper maintenance of it in the future. I would definitely call them again.
