Very happy with the job Gem has done. There was a small glitch with scheduling, but that was resolved and after that everything went very smoothly. The installers did a brilliant job, from the moment they arrived to the moment they left, you could see a professional team operating. They replaced our old outdated entrance way to a new modern beautiful entrance, exactly as we envisioned. Many thanks to Jim and his team!
