An assisted review is collected by a contractor on behalf of the homeowner after their work is completed. The homeowner must confirm the text of the review and may make any changes she or he deems appropriate. The homeowner then assigns the contractor a review score out of 10. Assisted reviews receive the same scrutiny as other reviews and must follow our review guidelines.
My sister Sandy and I (Linda) Fedora are very happy with the results of our Garage that was just installed this week. We are also very happy with Phil (works for Summerwood) who re-did our concrete pad for us as we had someone else put the first pad in which did not meet Summerwoods standards. Thank you so much Phil for fixing this for us. You did a wonderful job and you were very efficient. Also Thanks to John Hickey for helping us pick a fabulous Garage Design. We love it.
