Areas that the guys sand by hand are uneven and look terrible in the sunlight. Job looked great in the night time. Big surprise on the morning. Sherwins reply when I complained was that I was being picky. I asked him to come check out the issue 3 weeks ago and address the areas where the flooring is rough, he said he would come but still has not come. Very disappointed. Sherwin doesnt do any of the job himself. He simply is the middle man and subs out the job.
