First and foremost very unprofessional. Hired this company after reading reviews and thought that maybe this company would be decent. Now after requesting for a quote I was asked what kind of move I would be doing and how many bedrooms. I told them a three bedroom townhouse moving to a four bedroom semi-detached, then quoted $90 per hour, $100 booking fee which deducted to final bill, and $150 for a truck fee ( all paid upfront prior to move. Upon arrival the truck that they came with was a 17 foot cube truck (which is meant for 2 bedroom apartment). Then given a contract to sign (only one copy) informed that copy would be emailed shortly which was not. Due to the size of truck they had to do an additional trip which in turn then charged for second trip, asked if we wanted insurance for any damages during the move (additional $120), and if you guessed it yes there was damage done to our coffee table. Called the company afterwards told them our concerns regarding damages, never got a copy of contract, and invoice to understand why the final bill was so high, and sure enough they told us that someone would call and come and check out the damages, and also that there were additional charges were cause of the second trip for gas and STAIRS charges. Yup you read right STAIRS. Denied that the booking fee would be deducted. Jay which was one of the movers name called and asked to see a photo which we sent and was told he would come the following day, never did nor followed up... total move duration was 7 hours, so lets do some basic math here 90 x 7 = 630 $1100 - $630 = $470. So we paid and additional $470 for incompetence (smaller truck), unprofessional for not providing copy of contract, and invoice, falsely sold on for damage insurance which was never addressed. Don't use this company and fall for the same as we did
