In the winter of 2014 - 1015 we experienced leaking from the roof of our house. We were referred to Blue Jay Roofing and its owner Bill DIMOS by and aquantance. Bill attended promptly analysed the problems with Ice damning on the roof, and provided an estimate for replacement, which was very reasonable we had received other estimates. During the de-construction of the roof the damage from water and Ice was found to be more extensive than estimated requiring complete replacement of the under laymant. Bill laid out several solutions, we opted for complete replacement. The new estimate was very very fair and required quite a bit more work and time for the team. Bill and his team were always willing to work with us during the project to see the work was done to the most discerning standards. We have been leak and ice damning free during this season and could not be more happy. Every large and small component of the job was done to an exacting standard. Paul and his one man crew put in perfect beautiful Crown molding and framed the entryway between our foyer and hall and the hall and the living room. This has added character, class and value to our home. The Moldings and trim work gave our home a 'finished' look. He was the consummate professional and kept his promises concerning time and cost, even when the going got a little tough for one of our frames - he worked diligently to make sure the job was done correctly. He did such a terrific job that we recommended him to my husband's mother - where he did another beautiful job and put the baseboards in expertly as well as molding and door framing.
