6 Week project, 7 months later, permits still not closed
Get everything in writing most importantly the end date. They hire contractors that don't pull permits They hire multiple contractors to complete the same job ie. 2 different electricians to hang pot lights. Their communication performance is awful - they'd say that they are coming on Monday "We just didn't say which Monday". The Management team over charges and under performs Hire at your own risk ** their contract is miss-leading the total amount shown in big bold lettering is before tax. with tax is in Font size 8 and thin lettering making it very easy to miss when casually looking it over.
