Our A/C broke down during a heat wave and although Brian was fully booked, he managed to came to our house. He is very professional, knowledgeable and patient. He will answer questions in a way that is easy to understand. He will offer advice and options without being forceful. He also installed our American Standard furnace and Rinnai tankless water heater 2.5 years ago. Our furnace died in January!!! (2011) His installation team did an excellent job and was very neat and clean. When our a/c broke down too, we instantly thought of Brian.
