I found Curlys Carpet Repair via Google and read the reviews there and on HomeStars. We wanted to get our upstairs carpet restretched but I had not wanted to move all the furniture out, store it somewhere, and move it back in so had held off on this project. On the website, Curly's mentioned that possibly the furniture would not have to be removed for a restretching job. I contacted Curly's and Pablo responded to my email. There was good communication back and forth over several days as his schedule permitted. When he was able to attend, the estimate was reasonable and we would be able to have the carpet restretched by moving heavy furniture out of the way using sliders. As well we had an old ink stain that needed to be cut out and patched. The work was done in about 6 hours and the results are quite amazing. You have to look very closely to realize where the patch was made. And although I had never had to deal with bubbled/bumpy carpet before, the restretching was done professionally and makes a huge difference to the appearance of the rooms. Thanks to Pablo for a job well done and for enabling us to get it done without moving the furniture out of the house.

I selected Ferguson Moving based on online reviews and was not disappointed. After requesting a quote via online input and expecting to wait several days, Jani called back within a short time and showed up to provide a firm quote that afternoon. This same day service exceeded my expectation. Moving day was hot but Rich, Dave and crew worked tirelessly and as it turned out, long, to get the job done. Even though it was a short local move, furniture items were carefully wrapped in blankets or plastic. Jani showed up at both locations to check on progress and help out. In the end, not all our items would fit on the truck, so an extra trip had to be made (hence the long day). But it was done without complaint or extra charge. We haven't finished unpacking but as far as we can tell there is no damage, and given the care that was taken we don't expect to find any. We would not hesitate to use Ferguson's again.
