We recently downsized from a five-bedroom house (plus a two-storey carriage house) that we had been in for 21 years -- with more coming into the house and carriage house each year than going out. Although we were moving to a four-bedroom house, we still had way more possessions than we could ever hope to fit in the new place. We had Chris and his helpers come twice to our old house before we moved, to cart off what didn't make the cut. They were punctual, reasonably priced, courteous, and understanding of the stress we were under to make this move happen. We used this service as a alternative to renting a bin. That way we didn't have to throw everything in ourselves. Besides, Chris & Co. have way more personality than a bin. We highly recommend 1 Hour Junk. (We still have too much stuff and are preparing their next pickup.)
