Once we said yes to the design everything went like clockwork. Fatima the designer was so patient and helpful in redesigning our space. Then came the delivery of all the cabinets & final measurements for the countertop, after the installation of the bottom cupboards the countertop & sink was installed (a perfect fit), then the top cupboards went up followed by trim and finishing touches (James is so skilled). When issues arose during installation James & Fatima worked together to resolve them and we were consulted. Every team member we met was courteous and professional. Having no experience renovating a kitchen it was daunting but Fatima & James made it a great experience. We also appreciated that they are open to using products they don't carry (eg blind cabinet organizers, sink, etc) and they even made our trim design come to life. Although the company should consider giving credit back for not using their sink/lazy Susan. Regardless our experience was very positive and we are very happy with our new kitchen!
