Contacted Baptiste Plumbing due to their high Home Stars rating and the many positive reports on Davids service . We were not disappointed. David was close by when we called and was able to drop by within an hour. He inspected our leak problem , quoted a reasonable price and to our surprise fixed the problem there and then. Like all the positive comments on Home Stars David is a pleasure to deal with and will be our only call when we need plumbing services again.

Shipton's installed our furnace in 2015 and we signed on for the very reasonable monthly payment for annual service. Thanks to regular yearly maintenance we have been problem free until recently when we tested the furnace in readiness for winter. The problem was quickly diagnosed by Owen (who is a mine of knowledge and information) new parts ordered and quickly installed. All covered under the 10 year warranty. Every person we have had contact with at Shipton's over the past (almost) 10 years has been polite, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. They honour their warranty...no questions asked. I have nothing but very positive experiences with Shipton's and would have no hesitation in recommending them and will certainly continue to use their service as and when the need arrises.
