Bought a new Bosch microwave for my aged mother's condo and it died in under 4years. Tesco would not do a single thing to help.

Hi Mark, we apologize for any inconveniences to your mother from her microwave and the lack of support she received from us. After a manufacturer warranty expires, there will always be fewer options available in case of a breakdown. As a dealer, we will always try to find any possible way to help our customers.
