I thought it was mould on the inside. It was rust. He sprayed some cleaner into it. I cleaned the the front screen and panel. He did drill a hole in the bottom for extra drainage. Total time working on it was around 30 minutes. Got charges 70.00. Sorry but to expensive for what was done.
