September 28th, 2024 the power to my residence was down a good part of the day and it never came back on. I contacted Ottawa Hydro and got no response when it would be resolved. As I previously had a conversation with Steve he advised me that the system wad down. No were to turn, I phoned Steve who then phoned his wife and was told the system was back on around 12:00 p.m. He had me take pictures to send to him. H quicky diagnosed the situation and walked me through. It worked fine. All the power came back on. Again thanks Steve for taking your time while you were doing some other work.
