The Founder of the company is really its driving force. Steven is a good listener, he understood my needs and bent over backward to make sure that the work was done properly and according to our agreement. Steven came into a situation were the builder had failed to fulfill their obligation and took upon his company to rectify anf beautify the wrongs that were done.
