I was very pleased with the work that Hervé did in removing the old hot water tank and replacing it with a new one. Since the old tank had stopped working after only four and a half years of use, the 9 year warranty on the old tank was still valid. That meant bringing the old one back to the store where it was bought and picking up a new one. It all went very smoothly. I was very happy that Crystal Mechanical could accommodate us so quickly (same day service) and we are very happy to have our hot water back.
