I had my stove fixed twice actually by Elite. (RNN240909058127) communication was easy. Technician showed on time (they provide a timeslot actually). they fixed the issue. I just wished they can get the parts quicker. (it took them a week to get it and 10 days to come back install it while you get it in one day with Amazon:)...
