Our old chimneys were leaking water and crumbling. John came over and gave me a very clear estimate, (i had 4 other companies do the same as I knew this was going to be upwards of 10K) The work was completed quickly before the rains came and he even sealed up the chimney on the inside too. My roof was 23 years old, and instead of replacing it, they recommended painting a sealer. It was quite costly but came with a 20 year no leak guarantee. The cleanup was nicely completed on the last day, and I'm happy to display their sign in front of my house.
