My bedroom balcony is a shared platform of a duplex house that is exposed to the elements. Last spring my neighbor had noticed some rot on his side of the balcony, so we called Paul at VS Decks. When it was discovered that it was more than a simple repair we decided to completely rebuild, install Duradek membrane, and a new aluminum railing. All was done on time and on budget, looks great now. The total cost was split by the two duplex owners, about $7500 each.
