Bought new front and back doors plus screen doors. We had problems with the paint staying on the screen door handles. We were told it is out of warranty but the problem started before the warranty ran out. We received a second set of handles and the same problem occurred and now they are requesting $200.00 to have them replaced. We feel this is not good customer service as we had the problem from the start. We will not recommend this company or ever use it again.
