I originally met Mark in March 2022 to quote out some tile and bath work as part of a condo renovation for a family member. After meeting with him and being impressed with his ability to work with my digital designs and appreciatinng his suggestions on various technical and design aspects of my renovation "vision", I ended up hiring him as a GC to tackle a much larger scope of work. Over the spring and summer months we worked closely together to ultimately deliver a full remodel of the condo unit that exceeded expectations. Mark was constantly in touch throughtout the process and gave us confidence and solid suggestions along the way. He was always polite and kept his cool even through some unfortunately poor situations caused by property management at the building and some suppliers. In one instance Mark was able to save all our kitchen cabinetry and other valuable materials after catching a leak in the buildings locker area. He was even able to prevent other residents storage units from being flooded. When there were supply issues he offered alternatives and did his best to hunt down materials. Overall Mark is a solid builder and all around great guy to work with. He cares about quality and making his clients happy. He is a very knowledgeable, savy, and professional, but at the same time keeps things light and fun. His crew are also good quality folks who are pleasant to interact with and you can trust in your space. I would highly recommend and work with Mark in the future.
