As per your local branch manager he informed us that he already visited you and text you that they will address the issue of the caulking as soon as it dries up. They don't want to re-caulk so soon before the caulking dries up, so they don't make a mess. High humidity can slow down the drying process and increase the amount of time it takes for the caulk to fully cure. If the air is already saturated with moisture, the caulk will take longer to dry.Thank you for reaching out to us, we are very sorry to hear that you are not pleased with the installation of your patio door.
