The inspection when well and Teddy (or Tedi ) was amazing. I love how honest Teddy (or Tedi) about the things he found. He was very thorough. He even suggested to talk to our future neighbor about the tree branches crossing over our property. These branches will potentially create an issue in the future specially the branches are already reaching over our roof. He also check for moisture or any water leak/damage. Check the insulation in the attic. Check all the water lines from kitchen, bathroom and to the laundry. He even check the HWT and Furnace to give us information about the maintenance of each equipment. He also have Thermal imager/scanner to check for moisture or check for hot air/cold air to every windows. From roof to the inside of the house up to the grading of the properly, Teddy was able to check everything. He is also very friendly and approachable. You can ask any question while he was doing the inspection which is super nice. Very professional, punctual, very friendly and knowledgeable in every aspect of each inspection. AGAIN, 100% would recommend them if you are buying an house in Edmonton area!
