I contacted Rob for an inspection. The property was commercial/residential, and everything about him and his service was very professional. He showed up on time with all the equipment he needed. The entire process took about 1.5 to 2 hours, and the same night, the report was sent to my email. The report was very extensive, with adequate explanations for ordinary people like me who don't know construction. Based on his inspection, I noticed major problems in the building and canceled the offer. Rob saved me from a big loss.
