Contractor gave the manager the list of items needed clearly typed and the shower panels were missing when we received the order. Manager didn't order them. Had to wait a week for the next delivery. Opened the box and the wrong panels had been sent. Reordered and had to wait another week and then during the install the contract found 2 panels were broken. Poor response from the staff who now expect us to wait a 3rd week for the right product. I will be returning the broken panels and purchasing somewhere else. I will NEVER deal with Bath Depot again and will be telling my friends.
