Had major leak in one spout after shake roof repair. Gutter Patrol staff provided prompt courteous service and fixed problem quickly without trying to upsell me additional gutter repairs. They provided a video of the spout and produced shake pieces that had caused problem. Extremely pleased with their service, and price was very reasonable. Definitely highly recommend them
