Alex was very responsive to an emergency in our house. Water was leaking through the kitchen ceiling from the bathroom above. Alex quickly traced the leak back to its source and repaired the copper pipe which had developed a pin hole leak. I appreciated his quick response, and cleaning up after exploratory surgery of the ceiling and walls.
