Unfortunately, Royal Oak did not do one thing right when it came to our pool installation. We are currently paying tens of thousands of dollars to fix all the major mistakes these guys made installing our Latham pool. Our pool is currently being taken out of the ground to correct the long list of problems created by Royal Oak Design and Build. Not only were they negligent in the installation process, they gave us the run-around for a full year past the promised time of project completion. We were supposed to have a completed back yard a year ago and we are now starting back at square one with a new company. We can say nothing good about this company. When we tried to work with them to fix the issues, they abandoned the job in a complete mess and left us to deal with all the problems. Upon discovering that there are at least 3 other families dealing with major problems with this company, we felt we had to warn others to prevent another family from going through what we have been through. A year of stress, anxiety and constant excuses ended with our backyard in a state of disaster.
