Alex arrived, set up his equipment and then explained his procedure to clean the air ducts and answered the questions I had. The house smelt very fresh when he had finished the job. I was very pleased with Alex's service and would certainly recommend his company Stronghouse to anyone needing their ducts cleaned.
Michael who came to give me the quote was extremely pleasant and professional. The day of the installation Ali & David arrived on time, neatly dressed and worked really hard doing the work and also had to deal with some unexpected guests - wasps. The installation was completed in good time and when they left everything was cleaned up and the areas left very tidy. The three employees of Convertible that I dealt with certainly make me want to recommend this company to anyone in need of a new furnace or air conditioner.
