Behzad was referred to us by another contractor and he was great. He fit us into his extremely busy schedule, diagnosed our problem and did the job within days. Unfortunately the unit was not repairable but Behzad did his best to find us a cost-effective replacement. He spent extra time mounting the unit on the house to keep it off the ground so it would stay clean, but it caused too much vibration in our older home so he came right back in a few weeks to put it back on the ground at no charge. Both Behzad and his assistant were quick and cheery, and are a credit to their profession.

Reza (licensed electrician) and his assistant replied to my request in record time and came to do the job within a few days at a time that was convenient for us. Reza kept us updated via text message and answered all of our questions. He replaced 2 bathroom ceiling fans and their switches, and installed a GFI outlet. They even noticed a bulb out in another ceiling fixture and replaced it for us! Oh, and Reza repaired my outdoor extension cord free of charge; it was such a relief to have all of my problems taken care of. They cleaned up after themselves and smiled throughout the entire job, despite the heat and challenges of having to retrofit the fans in our old home. I would highly recommend Reza for any electrical job.

Our fridge stopped working this morning so I immediately got on Homestars and started looking for repair people; the first company didn't service our area so I called the next one on the list, RepairCare. They answered within the first few rings and were able to get a technician out within a few hours. The technician called to say he was on his way and showed up when he said he would. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in record time, helping clean under the fridge when it was pulled forward. We were able to salvage most of the food as a result, thank goodness. The whole process was so efficient, the company was able to communicate by text also which made it that much easier. The price was made clear up front and was very fair so a situation that was shaping up to be rather stressful ended up being a minor blip in our week.
